This lovely example of Georgian Colonial Revival architecture was built in 1930 as a wedding gift for Theodore and Rosella Woolsey. The house's distinctive roughhewn cedar shake roof and cream-colored brick with dramatic "weeping mortar" is a neighborhood standout.
