In May of 2019 we celebrate our 30th year of serving Barry County! HASTINGS RESTORE sells new & gently used home improvement materials, fixtures, appliances, and furniture at prices 50-70% below average retail rates. Products are donated by generous individuals, corporations, or builders and then resold to generate revenues for funding Habitat for Humanity Barry County. We're a Christian Non-Profit housing ministry that partners with volunteers and low-income families to create affordable housing. Our ReStores are a "win-win" venture for all: (1) Homeowners and landlords can purchase low cost materials from us to improve their homes, their neighborhoods, their property values, thus creating safer, more stable communities. (2) Tons of re-usable materials find new life rather than create pollution and waste in landfills. (3) Resources are conserved through recycling. (4) Donors are eligible for a tax deduction.
